I designed this set of parts to assist in the reduction of flashing. Rather than add a large weight to the top, you can get much more reliable pressure using tension evenly spread across the top and bottom surfaces of the mold!

The approximate sizes are:
120mm - Full Party XL
100mm - Full Party
80mm - Solo XL
60mm - Solo
50mm - One Shot

Rubber Bands not included.
I personally use #64 Rubber Bands as shown, but you will want to see what works best with your silicone molds based on size and hardness.
